Full Wave Charging for Mio 125 MX

This DIY is derived form mastercircuits tutorial. Make sure to have a full wave rectifier like this, for china bikes

1. Remove Front Fairings, Cover Under, Under Fender and Inner Fairings
2. Remove Stock rectifier Located just bellow the Ignition switch ( pictures for reference )

3. Remove tape of the harness near the ignition terminal and look for YELLO/RED wire

4. Cut the yellow wire going up ( for lights ) and add wire 

 5. Tap the YELLOW/RED wire to BROWN WIRE of the IGNITION TERMINAL
6. REMOVE wire from the RECTIFIER TERMINAL/SOCKET
7. INSTALL FW RECTIFIER  red;red gree;black yellow;yellow pink;white black;add wire tap it to the brown wire of ignition terminal
 8. SECURE the WIRES
 9. Find a place where you can fix the new rectifier
 10. Locate wire from the magneto

11. REMOVE YELLOW/RED and BLACK Wires from the SOCKET, PUT the BLACK wire in YELLOW REDs original LOCATION, then FLOAT the YELLOW/RED wire 



12. START UR ENGINE







Universal Starter Relay for Mio 125 MX

1. Remove Starter Relay Assembly
2. Remove the Starter Assembly from the FUSE box assembly

3. Buy or get a Universal Starter Relay from a motorcycle shop, like this 

4. Under the FUSE box assembly, put a wire about 5 INCH long on fuse terminal
   
5. Install RED Terminal came from the harness
6. The wire we added will be placed on the other terminal together with the battery terminal
7. The Green and Yellow wire form the relay will be installed under the fuse assembly
 8. Secure the Assembly 
9. Install battery terminals and you're done
